Dr. Arnold has over 30 years of experience in medical speech-language pathology as a diagnostician, therapist, clinical research scientist, author, inventor, and adjunct professor. He has made numerous presentations at the state, regional, and national level. Dr. Arnold has been presented with the Distinguished Clinical Achievement Award twice by the Speech and Hearing Association of Alabama and is a Board Certified Specialist in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders.

Chris Gaskill, Ph.D., CCC-SLP is the Vice President of Operations for SBA. Dr. Gaskill has over 25 years of experience in medical speech-language pathology. He has worked in acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. He has held two academic appointments in speech-language pathology, teaching dysphagia and voice disorders at the graduate level. He is the recipient of the Graduate Teaching Award at The University of Montevallo. Dr. Gaskill has numerous peer-reviewed publications in the area of voice disorders and has presented many times at national research meetings.
